As one of the top five medical centers in the world, Cleveland Clinic is dedicated to both innovation and an exceptional patient-centric brand experience. To demonstrate this commitment, the clinic wanted to create an online annual report that would guide visitors in a way that was personal and relevant.
Solution
Popular Front worked with Cleveland Clinic to create the online version of Empathy x Innovation as an annual report experience that allowed visitors to filter individual stories that were interesting to them. From highlighting new procedures to celebrating the accomplishments of the clinic’s renowned staff, the ability to interact gives visitors a more complete understanding of Cleveland Clinic as an organization that is approachable and innovative.
