Guerrilla typography

idsgn has a great post on designer Cardon Webb’s design project Carbon Copy. The designer found flyers from around his neighborhood and redesigned them to be more visually appealing. My only criticism is that some of them are very difficult to read. They may look awesome, but if they don’t convey their original message I think the original ugly flyer performs its function better.

Some great design inspiration, nonetheless.
